TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS COLLECTED ONLINE

Memphis Area Legal Services (MALS) is a multi-faceted law firm guided by values and principles that embody its commitment to equal access to justice. Through a well-trained, dedicated and capable staff, complemented by the volunteerism of the private bar, MALS continues to provide free legal assistance through advice and counsel, court and administrative representation and community education and outreach to Tennessee’s low-income and elderly residents in Shelby, Fayette, Lauderdale, and Tipton counties.

Thanks to a newly added feature by 305 Spin, Memphis Area Legal Services now has the capability to accept tax-deductible donations online.  Donations collected help provide equal access to justice for low income individuals, families and children; victims of domestic abuse, and/or senior citizens regarding consumer issues, individual and civil rights, fraudulent lending, and fair housing.  Donors can choose the amount they wish to donate from $100 to $25,000 or more.
